1. Automatic Electrophoresis Prime Painting Line

Originally developed for the automotive industry, electrophoresis has become widely adopted across various metalworking sectors due to its superior anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties—gradually replacing traditional spray painting methods.

The process works by dispersing electrophoretic paint in water in an ionic state. Under a direct current (DC) electric field, the paint particles are deposited uniformly on the metal surface, forming a dense, durable coating. This coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance, with salt spray test results reaching up to 500 hours.

2. Automatic OMEGA-Type Spray Top Coating Line

This system is typically used as a secondary top-coating solution following the electrophoresis primer. However, it can also function as a standalone primary coating line for both water-based and oil-based paints, depending on production needs.

3. Heat Treatment Smoke Removal and Filtration System

Designed for high-efficiency air purification, this system effectively captures and filters smoke and fumes generated during the heat treatment process, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.

4. Shot Peening Cleaning Machine

This equipment is used for surface cleaning of leaf springs or other workpieces before painting. It is equipped with three centrifugal high-efficiency shot blasters with large blasting capacity and fast speed, significantly improving the surface cleaning effect and the adhesion of subsequent paint layers.
